The key challenge they are facing is to quickly capture trainees’ and coachees’ ideas during their workshops. Right now, they can only use text to express meanings, which is sometimes too slow and not appealing enough. They wanted to learn some graphic facilitation skills which will allow them to draw freely any idea inside a conversation.Knowing their challenge, Urban Paintmob designed a really crash class which was just three hours!!! Luckily, as the group are all experienced trainers and coaches, they knew how to make themselves interested and the results were wonderful. Most participants reflected that they did not believe that they could draw, but after some trials and practice it was actually possible! 最近我们发起了一个小小的学习小组，只有几个人，透过互相分享的方式去学习关于创意、视觉思维和学习力等知识，这个小组没有老师，在聚会的时候由每个人轮流分享他最近学习的新知识，然后自由的讨论。
透过这种方法我们产生了一些意想不到的创意，比如说以上的“知识地图”：做法是按照自己感兴趣的题目，把相关的学习资源铺在一张Murally的画布上，可以包括：书籍、视频、网页，也可以加上自己的意见等。Murally是一个网上协作脑力激荡的工具，可以让小组成员在画布上任意加上他们的内容，所有小组成员都可以看得见。
我们在探索这种用视觉方式来呈现学习资源的方式，会否让学习者更容易的去掌握新的知识，还有如果能让不同的人编制他们的知识地图，然后这些地图可以互相连接，会不会是一桩很美好的事情呢？
第一版的知识地图只把书籍、视频等参考内容列出来，我们正打算按照知识点来重新铺排内容，这样子也许会更方便的
