As stated in Section 6401 (a) of the Affordable Care Act and as allowed by CFR §424.515(d) all Medicare providers and suppliers (enrolled prior to 3/25/2011) are required to revalidate their enrollment information. We at HCAN can help; we have the expertise to handle your revalidation process from start to finish working with your Medicare Administrator Contractor (MAC) Enrollment area..
Although you have to wait to receive the revalidation letter to start the process, you can start now to gather all the necessary information and be ready for when you receive the letter.
If your MAC is FCSO they have a nice link to check if a revalidation letter had been sent to you  (FCSO).
