Dec 07 The KnoxVelo Winter Training Series starts today and continues every Saturday and Sunday through February. Saturday rides will begin at 11:00 a.m. at Cedar Bluff Cycles and Sunday rides will begin at noon, alternating start locations at Pellissippi State and Provision Performance (1400 Dowell Springs Road, 37909). Each ride is posted on the Calendar on this website, with links to route maps and cue sheets. Each ride will be 55-60 miles (3 to 3.5 hours) at "Winter Pace" (average 18 mph). Come join us!
