It would be a huge mistake for NASA/KSC to fall for the hype that groups like the Chamber of Commerce and the Associated Builders and Contractors regurgitate about how PLAs will increase the cost of a large construction project. Nothing could be farther from the truth, in fact PLAs will save money in the long run.Take for example the Lake Nona VA hospital project in Orlando.
