Instead, we will issue bar-coded attendance sheets specific to each child. We will mail them to childcare providers the last week of each month, starting in July. Families must start filling out the new attendance sheets 8/1/14.Daily sign in and sign out signatures are no longer required.Completed attendance sheets are due by the 5th calendar day of the month. Checks will be mailed to providers on the 15th calendar day.In the near future you will be able to download the barcoded attendance sheet.If you have any questions, please check our FAQ pages for providers or parents.
