Welcome to the Bottom Time Dive Club in Waco, Texas.
BTDC exists to provide SCUBA and 
SCUBA related social and educational opportunities for its members. The club 
has a large, family oriented, active membership. You will find all skill levels, 
from non-divers to junior open water divers to Master Scuba Divers, Divemasters, 
and Instructors. Divers ages range from 10 to 70+ years. Membership is open to 
all divers, regardless of experience, as well as interested non-divers. Please 
feel free to visit one of our monthly meetings, we'd love to meet you!
Monthly 
Meetings
We 
meet the second Tuesday of each month at the Elite Circle Grille in Waco with 
the exception of December. The start time is 7:00 pm with a "Meet, Greet, and 
Social" beginning at 6:30 pm.
The 
Elite Circle Grille donates the use of the party room for our meetings. We ask 
that everyone purchase a meal to help offset the cost of the room. Don't forget 
to tip the waitstaff!

Diving

The dive club has an activity every month of the year. Lunch is normally 
provided, and members are encouraged to bring their beverage of choice. In the 
summer months the activities are normally held underwater, like our 4th of July 
Easter Egg Hunt, or our annual under-water poker tournament. Many of our members 
also dive local lakes, so if you are looking for a dive buddy, you've come the 
right place.  

Travel

The club puts together a group trip each year, usually in the fall. The trips 
are 7-8 days long and cost around $1500 per person,.  The club gets many of 
the same discounts as a dive shop, so those discounts are used to reduce the 
cost of the trip. 
Waco Center 
for Youth
Every 
year our club sponsors a house for the Waco Center for Youth. In 2012 we were 
awarded “Volunteer Group of The Year”, and recognized for our 
outstanding work. Our members generously donate time and money for this 
project. We purchase Christmas gifts, and provide dinner for everyone in the 
house including the counselors. Many of these kids have never experienced a 
Merry Christmas and it is truly inspiring and heartwarming experience. If you 
would like to volunteer for this event please let us know.
