MacLeod Web Design is a family owned and operated business that provides a 
variety of services for the design, development, hosting, and promotion of 
commercial and personal websites.
As a small family business we are able to keep a tighter and more personal 
control over design quality not available with larger institutions that pump out 
cookie-cutter websites.
Although MacLeod Web Design can offer lower cost, template websites, our 
true talents are showcased in our custom-made designs, projects, and animations.
The design team of John and Linsey MacLeod bring together over 20 years of 
computer, design, and multimedia experience.
Linsey MacLeod started in 1996 as a graphic artist and comic illustrator.
During the internet boom she moved into the virtual arena working with several 
website design and development companies. 
By the end of 2000 she decided to take her aquired skills and start her first 
company, The Internet Eye, which focused on identifying trends in the new 
internet economy.
When the dotcom bubble burst, she moved into the promotional and direct 
marketing side of the web, where she stayed until deciding to fully utilise her 
experience, knowledge, and artistic talents with the man to whom she had given 
her heart.
John MacLeod started as a graphic designer in logos and signage back in 
the early 80's. It was during this time that he was introduced to, and became 
facinated with computer systems and programming. In the late 90's he began 
working fulltime in the emerging technology of high-speed internet access. After 
meeting his future wife (where else, but on the internet), they decided not only 
to marry their lives together, but also their talents and expertise in the 
computer industry.
Thus was born of this union, our labor of love, the MacLeod Web Design 
company.
A small select group of programmers and graphic artists compliment the 
MacLeod design team and help to bring fresh perspectives and new ideas in 
each project.
