At Omni we offer programs that address the source of violence and give people practical ways of managing conflict effectively. We facilitate processes that give communities ways of drawing on the wisdom within their community, creating solutions that work in their particular situations and have full ownership of creating change. They become the source of their future. 
At Omni, we close the gap between theory and reality. In reality people need the practical skills required to live peacefully and create strong communities. Combining psychology with peacebuilding enables both individuals and communities to develop new ways of dealing with their own reactions,  and living with the inevitable diversity of interests that exist within communities / countries.
Understanding our  own journey and learning to deal with the complexity of our own experience and reactions to the world around us is critical to peace. 
At Omni we use innovative and profound learning methods including theatre, dance, arts, group work and psychological tools that are fun and engaging. Using fun does not take away from the profound nature of the programmes, but rather enhances the resources available for people to explore painful issues without experiencing more trauma.
