Who we are, What we do...
Unique Sheds and Gazebos® has been family owned and operated in Sarasota Florida for 30 years. Each delivered product has the care and attention it would receive if it were our own. We cater to the unique needs and desires of our clientele, allowing them the opportunity to realize the handcrafted structure they visualized, and didn't know where or how to acquire. All our structures are crafted in accordance to all State construction codes.We primarily service the west coast of Florida from Parrish to Port Charlotte, however we are fully licensed and insured throughout the state, so you can rest assured wherever your needs take us, we are equipped and ready to accommodate.
About our Gazebo's...
Our Gazebos are all handcrafted from pressure treated, premium grade southern yellow pine. The lumber under goes extensive treating and drying processes to ensure a finished product that will not rot, warp, or twist over time. The treating process does not utilize arsenic as a preservative as does typical 'lumber yard' materials, therefore you need not fear the safety of your loved ones. After treatment, the lumber is then planed, shaped and refined into furniture which will enhance the beauty of your property. All Gazebos are installed in accordance with State wind-load and construction codes.    We offer five sizes in the octagon design and three sizes in elongated octagon design. Optional features include: six choices of balusters in railing, benches, screen packages, natural finish, clear water-seal finish, solid white stain finish, fiberglass or wood shake shingles and single or two tier roof design. All units come with cupola on roof to complete authentic Gazebo ambiance. About our Shed's...
Unique Sheds has the premium quality and is the exclusive custom shed builder in the Sarasota area. As a small family business we do not have high administrative overhead, which allows you as a consumer an exceptional value for dollar ratio, in addition to extraordinary workmanship.  Our Shed's have been utilized for: home office's, hunting cabin's, utility need's, garden and potting shed's, garage's, spa room and many other uses. We us only the the highest quality materials in each of our creations, focusing on the individual needs of the consumer. All sub-floors are pressure treated, with treated flooring, conventional 2"x4" wall framing encased with 50 year cement board siding, available in either wood grain or stucco texture and finally, protection on the roof comes from 30 year fiberglass fungus & algae resistant shingles.
