Cohousing communities are old-fashioned neighborhoods that bring together the value of independent living with the benefit of community interaction that creates real connections with your neighbors. Senior cohousing is the innovative answer to today’s environmental and social challenges.
Wolf Creek Lodge is a cohousing community for active adults located in the Sierra’s historic gold rush country in Grass Valley, CA. Designed by green-award winning local architect Charles Durrett, Wolf Creek Lodge now graces the corner of McKnight Way and Freeman Lane in Grass Valley, California. Construction was completed in October 2012 and members have moved into their homes.

We hold regular open houses on the second Saturday of each month as well as impromptu open houses throughout the month to accommodate our visitors’  schedules.
