About APS Survey & Mapping APS Surveying & Mapping is a Veteran Owned Small Business (VOSB) serving the Northwest. Since our beginning in 1999, we have focused on our clients by providing rapid response to their requests, quality AutoDESK mapping, and a team approach to every project with our clients at the center. During this current recession, we have reinvested in our staff and updated our equipment. The commit to innovation and personnel enables us to provide outstanding service to our clients. From our office in Bellevue, Washington; we offer surveying and mapping throughout the State of Washington, Oregon and Idaho. Our staff of four Professional Land Surveys, ten field surveyors, and three CADD technicians; are uniquely qualified to provide surveying and mapping. Additionally, APS specializes in challenging or remote sites. Route surveys to include visible and subsurface utilities. Property surveys along the routes and facilities Aquatic Lease Crossing and Records of Surveys GIS mapping and integration Topographic surveys ALTA/ACSM Surveys Hydrographic surveys Easement assessment, such as preparing maps of existing easements and property lines, along with the encroachments observed within them. Easement and exhibit preparation Property/Easement resolution. As-builts and staking utilities, wetlands and easements. Hazmat 40 hr certified survey crews Our Personnel APS employees are dedicated to the quality and presentation of our work. We are reminded regularly, “Our client’s view of APS is only as good as their last project with us.” A short list of our staff, along with their contribution to APS follows: Tyler Sweet, PLS – President and Owner – Tyler is the founder of APS Survey & Mapping actively works on projects, maintains the business, and works to keep the company focused on our clients and client’s needs. Scott Edwards, PLS, MBA – Vice President and Owner – Scott came to APS in 2009 and has become an integral member of our staff, providing project management, quality control and innovation to APS. Matt Galdo – CADD Manager – Matt has been with APS since its inception in 1999. His genius for mapping and CADD mapping in particular were recognized in 1998 by the National Society of Professional Surveyor (NSPS) in association with ACSM in the category of Map/Plat Design. This “BEST IN THE U.S.” award continues to be reflected in all the work he and his team do. Piper Lee Pugh – Office manager & Accounting – Piper began working at APS in 1999, and has steered our office over the years with firm procedures and support.
