who we are
ETS-C is dedicated to increasing activities in schools and out of schools. We try to make each participant enjoy their involvement in each of the activities, reduce obesity, increase people's knowledge of sports and make sure that participants are all involved in a safe, friendly environment.
Our Aim: Safely improving participants ability, health & fitness, their confidence and knowledge of sports... In the process we hope to increase the positivity in the participants attitude and give them an exciting but different experience. ETS-C is a dedicated company that strives to help young children excel in areas of health, fitness and personal development by using our sports coaching. Our main aim is to allow children a relaxed, fun and enjoyable environment where they can learn and gain the knowledge of different sports, grow and develop a more positive attitude and build their confidence by participating in exciting group activities; ETS-C want the children of it's coaching services whatever their circumstances and background to enjoy the experience and safely take part in all exercises, group activities and relating events.
Our motto is "Keep It Moving"... by this we mean keep your dreams alive and never give up.
ETS-C are all qualified, experienced, friendly, CRB checked and all hold a valid first aid qualification. Our priority is the safety of the young people participating and making each of them enjoy the experience they have with ETS-C within their chosen sport.

Joel Etienne –Clarke founder and CEO of ETS-C since 2010. Joel is an International football player and holds certificates in: Football, Basketball, Netball, Cricket and Volley ball. Joel also holds a certificate of Adult Support in Learning Disabilities and is a Mentor. Joel has over 10 year’s experience of coaching children in and around the borough in Schools and Estate projects.
Bank is a qualified level 2 Football Coach with over 10 years experience of coaching in different styles all over the world he has now teamed up with Joel Etienne-Clarke to make ETS-C stronger. Bank is a valuable asset and partner to ETS-C.
Ross is a qualified UEFA B Coach and a Semi Professional Footballer. Ross Coaches for ETS-C in the Essex area covering many Primary Schools.
