Zhejiang Suita Filter Material Technology Co., Ltd. was renamed from Zhejiang Tiantai Industrial Cloth Factory, was established in March 1984 with registered capital of 13.8 million yuan. It is one of the largest filter fabric production manufacturers in Zhejiang Province, with professional acupuncture line and all types of filter cloth production. Our factory is the member of China Nonwovens & Industrial Textiles Association and Bag Filter Committee of China Association of Environmental Protection Industry and Zhejiang Textiles Industry Association, the president unit of Tiantai Industrial Fabric Association, the advanced enterprise of quality management of Taizhou, Taizhou high-tech enterprise and the top 50 enterprises in Tiantai County. "Suita" trademark has been successively awarded famous trademark of Zhejiang Province since 1999, and Suita filter cloth was entitled as Taizhou famous brand. It has passed Quality Management System ISO9001: 2008, Measurement Management System ISO10012-2004 and certification of clean production in Zhejiang, and has self-support import and export right.  The factory occupies an area of nearly 40,000 square meters, structure area 38,000 square meters. There are more than 300 staffs and 40 professional technicians working in it and 150 rapier looms, of which 14 Dornier Weaving Machines imported from Germany and some corresponding auxiliary equipment; 2 needle punched production lines, 2 monofilament lines, 2 high-strength FDY production lines, 1 finishing line. The annual output of woven filter cloth is about 5 million square meters and of needle punched filter material is about 3 million meters. It can adapt to produce all kinds of high-strength, high density filter material production, and also equipped with instrument for detecting the performance index to meet the needs of our customers. Our main products are polyester, polypropylene, polyamide and other fiber woven filter cloth; polyester, polypropylene, PPS and other special non-woven aramid needle felt; the processing for all kinds of frame bags and liquid filter bag; monofilament and multifilament production of polypropylene, polyamide and polyester. They are mainly used in metallurgy, chemical, fertilizer, coal, building materials, pharmaceuticals, sugar refining, and environmental protection industries in the solid-gas separation (gas dust, metals recovery), solid-liquid separation (various types of filtration equipment), solid screen separation and the screening process.
