The HAFC is committed to high standards of public accountability and continuous improvement through management excellence, professional development, and customer satisfaction. The HAFC also works in partnership with stakeholders to add value to the community. We offer a combination of traditional and non-traditional housing options to include public housing, voucher subsidy programs, tax credit properties and homeownership initiatives. Landlord Access Useful Links and Information Landlord Information and Forms Landlord Property Listings PROJECT-BASED VOUCHER WAITLIST OPENING: The Housing Authority of Fulton County, Georgia (HAFC) will open and establish a Project-Based Voucher (PBV) waitlistspecifically for Sterling Place Apartments located at 144 Allen Road, Sandy Springs, Georgia. The waitlist will be open from February 29, 2016 at 12:01am until March 6, 2016 at 11:59pm. The HAFC will not utilize a pre-application process. All applicants must be 62 years or older, and must meet the criteria of “low-income” in accordance with the requirements of Section 42 of the Internal Revenue Code, the Regulations and the HAFC. An applicant’s income cannot exceed 60% of Area Median Income (“AMI”).
