The driver of that car did not stop to render aid. The accident happened on the 5400 block of Leopard just before 11 p.m. Sunday. Investigators tell us that the driver that hit the person did not stay at the scene. CCPD believes surveillance footage from the area will give them good leads as to what type of car was involved.... Investigators with the Corpus Christi Police Department say the attack happened on the 2900 block of David Street just after midnight on Monday. According to officers, neighbors called emergency services after they heard a woman screaming that her boyfriend had been stabbed. The on shore winds will strengthen to about 25 mph this afternoon. By Wednesday a storm system will emerge into the Central Plains which will drive a frontal system into the state. The system will trigger stronger storms in  North Texas but a slight chance of storms exists for us as the tail end of the system moves through.
