Matt H Fleeger's Tanning Companies
Matt Fleeger was instrumental in the development of Palm Beach Tan. This company started as a small six-store operation. Today, it is one of the biggest chains of indoor tanning salons in the United States. Fleeger also financed the development of Mystic Tan, which some consider an even bigger success than Palm Beach Tan. Mystic Tan focuses on spray-on tanning booth systems and is the largest organization in the industry. 
MedSolutions, Inc, Matt H Fleeger's First Company
One does not become the President and CEO Gulf Coast Western without previous leadership experience. Matthew Fleeger got his earliest management experience while working for various oil and gas companies in Texas shortly after graduating from college. After deciding to leave the oil and gas industry to pursue other interests, he applied this real-world experience to the medical waste management industry and founded his own company called MedSolutions, Inc. 
MedSolutions, Inc started as a small company that offered local hospitals and other medical facilities the waste treatment and disposal services that they needed. Over several years, Fleeger's team managed to use acquisitions to build the organization into a regional leader. Eventually, MedSolutions, Inc attracted the attention of the Stericycle, Inc, which is recognized as the industry’s leader. Matt Fleeger brokered a deal with Stericycle, Inc and sold his company for nearly $59 million.
Matt Fleeger Returns to the Oil and Gas Industry
Matthew H Fleeger found early success as an executive in the oil and gas industry, but he decided to found his own businesses and get more real-world experience that would compliment his business education from Southern Methodist University. It is not surprising, though, that he decided to return to the oil and gas industry after successful developing MedSolutions, Inc into a valuable organization.
After arranging the sale of MedSolutions, Inc, Matt Fleeger returned to Gulf Coast Western, where he had worked earlier in his career. By now, Matthew Fleeger has gained significant experience in subjects such as corporate structuring, marketing, mergers, acquisitions, and finance, so the CEO and President positions give him the opportunity to focus his skills on real challenges.
The Future of Matthew H Fleeger and Gulf Coast Western
Currently, Matt H Fleeger is pushing Gulf Coast Western to expand its pipeline infrastructure, develop new land, and explore the Gulf Coast region for natural gas and oil reserves. The company sees the economic downturn as an opportunity to prepare for a future where domestic oil and gas is in high demand, so it is working hard to establish itself as a major
