Highest R-Value In the Industry
Mikey Block has a true static R-Value of 28. That's without including
thermal mass, ideal test conditions, air films, cladding, drywall, etc.
If a manufacturer quotes an R-Value higher than this, we advise you to
be very suspicious.
Most Comprehensive ICF Building System
One-piece inside and outside corner blocks provide essential
construction convenience and integrity. Foam door and window bucks
allow precise sizing for rough openings, they insulate and are easy to
install. Our 1x2 OSB splines provide a continuous horizontal attachment
detail spaced every foot vertically. They also make alignment a snap
during construction. The modular design of our blocks means they are
divisible into one-foot square units without loss of structural
integrity, thus virtually eliminating waste. Our 2.5 inch track detail
provides an effective layout tool, alignment tool and attachment detail
at the very top and bottom of the walls. Our wet-set block can be used
both as a stem wall and as a stay-in-place insulated form for the
finished floor slab. Our wet-set block can also be used for retaining
walls or patio walls. Our Olski plate provides the simplest, most
reliable ledger attachment detail available.
