Been doing yoga and more walking to keep my old arse stretched out and that was going good for the first couple months. I should have stayed with the basic stuff cause as soon as I started the intermediate / advanced I over did it a bit and hurt my back a bit. But back to ab normal now and I think I will keep with the program while adding longer runs and rides into the mix.Anyway been riding a little bit now and again when the days are nice, a, little fat bike and sorting out the niner and the magic gear for laps to plra. Now that its sorted I will be doing the loop up around and back that comes in around 28 miles 2:10 - 2:15 depending on traffic.The Uno need some attention and I hope to get to it today. That is the gravel grinder bike I use for longer rides anyway.
