DRUG-FREE BODYBUILDINGDrug-free bodybuilding or natural bodybuilding is a style of fitness competition where participating competitors abstain from using performance-enhancing drugs, including, but not limited to anabolic steroids, human growth hormones, insulin, and diuretics.  If an athlete meets these requirements then they are considered to be natural. There are multiples categories where bodybuilders can compete in; a full list of categories is listed under our "categories" pages listed on the main menu.
