Our members are committed to maintaining a current membership in the FFF. Traditionally, fly fishing has been looked upon as a sport devoted only to the fine art of angling for trout. However, with the latest technologies and equipment, along with access to the many fisheries worldwide, NCFF supports and promotes fly angling for all fresh and salt water species. Welcome to NCFF! The North Coast Fly Fishers (NCFF) is a charter club of the Federation of Fly Fishers (FFF). Its purpose is to promote fly fishing as the most enjoyable and sporting method of fishing. html5 video vs flash by EasyHtml5Video.com v1.8m The North Coast Fly Fishers is a 501(c) (3) nonprofit corporation, established as an affiliate of the Federation of Fly Fishers, an international fly fishing organization. It is organized exclusively to educate its members and the public on the art and science of fly fishing for all species of fish within all types of waters; to conserve the natural habitat, and thereby facilitate the continued existence of all types of fish; and finally, to bring enjoyment to anyone involved in fly fishing and the natural habitat of fish everywhere. The club meets the first Wednesday of every month between September and June, usually at the Environmental Learning Center (ELC) in Lake County MetroParks. Click here for a map. Outings are held several times a year at local, area, national, and international sites, such as Rockwell Springs Trout Club in Castalia Ohio, Elk Springs Resort in West Virginia, the Grand River in Ontario, Canada, and the Grand River in Lake and Ashtabula counties, Ohio.
