NEW! UHC now has microsites that contain specific information on the Health Plans offered through One,Mississippi. The site includes the Summary Detail of the Plans and a link to check for providers who participate in each of the Plans. The URL is www.uhc.com/shopms. Here are UHC phone numbers for you to call and get your specific plan questions answered. Agents – Plan/Rates – 800-292-7086, Agents – Eligibility/Claims– UHC HLP1 Line which is 888-842-4571; Members – all inquiries - 877-856-2430.
NEW! We have created an excel spreadsheet that has all the fields that will be needed to complete the One,Mississippi enrollment process. Note, there are 3 tabs on the excel spreadsheet, one for the employer, the employee and the dependents. We have included a CSV file template that can be used by the employer to enter the information necessary to create the employee roster on One,Mississippi. Once this CSV file is complete the next step is to upload this CSV file as the Employee Roster and it will create the employee list. See the attachments under both the Agent Information and the Employer Information pages.
