A little background on myself: I chose to get involved with Team Beachbody because summer was rapidly approaching and I just didn't feel confident in the way I looked.  Looking in the mirror one day I thought, "wow...I'm not the skinny kid I once was." A good friend of mine tried the Shakeology cleanse, saw amazing results, and recommended I try the cleanse also.  I said no.
