T.W. Clark Construction is a full-service contractor built on the foundation of providing
high-quality commercial buildings through a proactive hands-on approach to the construction process.
Our projects are comprised of new construction, additions, remodels, and tenant improvements.
Those successes include state-of-the-art luxury condominiums, educational facilities, medical
facilities, financial institutions, fitness centers, retail stores, and chemical processing and

CDA Resort Event Center
The 11,700 SF wedding and event center at the Coeur d’Alene Resort Golf Course was positioned to maximize the incredible views of the Coeur d’Alene Lake. It features sliding glass walls that retract to open the event floor to the outdoors, adding 6000 SF of patio to the event floor area. It is highlighted by four fireplaces, tile floors, private bridal and groom suites with custom built furniture and finishes, state of the art sound and lighting systems, a swimming pool, beach and lawn areas, a floating wedding platform and reflection pond, and incredible landscaping.

Wolfe SBMC Law Offices
The remodel of the Cold Storage Warehouse building turned this historic downtown building into the new 19,000SF office space for Wolfe SBMC including new restrooms, a skylight and internal stairs. The building built in 1910 has three floors and basement and about 39,000 square feet in total.

Jefferson Elementary School
Jefferson Elementary is a 59,800 sf replacement school in the character of a traditional school building fitting into the fabric of an established neighborhood with homes dating from the 1920’s through the 1960’s. Classrooms surround a courtyard on axis with the centrally located Library and Gymnasium. The configuration highlights the importance of the relationship between academic and physical education and the influence that both have on children’s lives.
