Unless otherwise agreed to by the parties, closing shall occur at the Nevada offices of the Seller.Purchased Domains Transfer. Upon receipt and confirmation of full payment, the Seller shall provide the Purchaser with the user name and password for the account with the registrar containing the Purchased Domains for the purpose of effecting the change in the registrant information. The transfer of the Purchased Domains to the Purchaser is deemed complete upon provision of the aforementioned username and password.
