(the "Seller"), with its principal offices located at 6700 Via Austi Parkway, Suite D, Las Vegas, NV 89119, and You (the "Purchaser") at the address provided on the Domain Purchase Form.   By clicking on the Submit button on the Domain Purchase Form, the Purchaser agrees to this Agreement.In consideration of the amounts set forth herein, to be paid to Seller, and the mutual promises contained herein, the receipt and sufficiency of which are hereby acknowledged, the Purchaser and Seller, intending to be legally bound, agree as follows.Purchased Domains.  On the terms and subject to the conditions of this Agreement, the Seller hereby grants, sells, assigns, transfers, conveys and delivers to the Purchaser, and the Purchaser does hereby purchase, acquire and accept from the Seller, the Purchased Domain(s) listed on the Domain Purchase Form, along with trademark rights, if any, and goodwill, if any, in the Purchased Domain(s).Purchase Price.  The non-refundable purchase price (the "Purchase Price") for the Purchased Domains is as indicated on the Domain Purchase Form.  The full Purchase Price shall be paid  within one week of the Effective Date and shall be: wired directly to the Seller Account provided by Seller, by credit card or through Escrow.com (all escrow fees to be paid by Purchaser).  The date upon which the Seller receives and confirms the funds in the amount of the Purchase Price shall be the "Payment Date."  Unless otherwise agreed to by the parties, closing shall occur at the Nevada offices of the Seller.Purchased Domains Transfer.  Upon receipt and confirmation of full payment, the Seller shall provide the Purchaser with the user name and password for the  account with the registrar containing the Purchased Domains for the purpose of effecting the change in the registrant information.  The transfer of the Purchased Domains to the Purchaser is deemed complete upon provision of the aforementioned username and password.  Until receipt and confirmation of full payment, and completion of the transfer of the Purchased Domains, the Seller may, in its sole discretion, terminate this Agreement for any reason, and in such case, shall return to the Purchaser the payment received, if any.Brokers.
