Home of Colorado’s Longest-Running Corn Maze & Pumpkin Patch.  We are now closed for the 2014 Fall Festival Season.  Thanks for another great year!
Attention: Credit Card Processing Errors
It has recently come to our attention that a small group of customers may have  been double charged or not properly refunded during our Fall Festival 2014 season.  This issue specifically happened in our ticket booth. In October, we experienced some computer glitches related to our credit card processing. This was an issue through the QuickBooks cash registers software. We were able to resolve the problem before the end of the season. While reconciling our statements we discovered two issues that occurred.
1.  Some refunds that were run through our ticket booth registers were not processed by our merchant account.  Please double check your statements to be sure you were credited for any refunds you expected to receive.
2. On November 10th, a small group of charges originally processed on October 17th were processed for a second time. We did not authorize this set of double charges.
We are asking anyone who may have been affected by these issues to call us so that we can refund you accordingly.  Please accept our sincerest apologies for this issue.  We will be working in the off season to ensure that this does not happen in the future.   Our current office hours are Monday – Friday 9:00a – 4:00p.
