Donate to OUR NON PROFITAbout UsThe CompoundThe Most Pet Friendly House in America is part of the BarkPark compound located in rustic Laurel Canyon, a creative enclave located in the Hollywood Hills area of Los Angeles, CA.  BarkPark has a fresh water creek that runs through its safely fenced grounds; there is lots of woodsy area to romp and explore.  We house an indoor cattery, a petcurean test kitchen, designated training and big and small dog areas and accommodations for our volunteers and guests.  The Foster ProgramWe exclusively foster rescued pets for Rescues Rock and the Laurel Canyon Safe Paws program. Our foster program is in compliance with LA City laws and houses no more than three adult dogs and 3 adult cats at one time and as many kittens and puppies under 4 months of age that Eastwood Ranch needs assistance in fostering. We focus on at risk homeless pets that need a little extra TLC, medical attention and abandoned kittens/pups that require bottle feeding.Pets adopted from our foster program will be dog and cat tolerant--if not friendly-- family friendly and have good, if not great manners!Leading By ExampleAt The Most Pet Friendly House in America we strive to set high standards for foster care, responsible rescue & adoption practices and pet guardianship. AUDREYMama of Hank & Waylon, Audrey is pure love. She lives for treats, comfy sweaters and walks around the neighborhood. WAYLONWaylon is skittish by nature.  He takes a while to warm up, but once you have his trust, he will never leave your side. He's all about Netflix and Chill. CatsBusterA six year Maine Coon weighing in just over 20 lbs. Buster is a six year old mellow fellow looking for place to soak in the sun and nap, when he's not chasing red dots. Cori GirlShe's shy at first, but so very sweet. She's a 6 yo litter mate of Buster and Tigger. She'd like to be adopted with her brothers TiggerTigger's a big beautiful traditional looking Maine Coon.
