A message from the President
To all Players and Parents of Current and Future Doncaster Rovers Junior Players:
The 2015 season has been a great success for the Junior Teams from Under 12s to Under 16s. The 16s went undefeated and won their league by 18 points, the 15As were third and the 14As were second by one point. The 13Cs had a successful season finishing third and our two Under 12 teams improved significantly through the year.
In 2016, we will have multiple teams of all abilities catering for players between the ages of 12 and 18. Teams are graded according to playing ability and players are placed in a grading where they can be both competitive and challenged. Our group of top performing, high quality coaches will be staying with the club leading to an ongoing and consistent quality approach to training, nutrition, tactics and player development.
Our trials will be held at Anderson Park on the 7th and 8th and 14th and 15th of November. Having three teams in the Eastern A leagues, great facilities and atmosphere and highly regarded coaches means we should be seen as your first option.
We encourage all levels and skills to come out and trial with Doncaster Rovers in November. No one will be turned away and all players of all skills, experience and abilities are very welcome to come and trial. The next Lionel Messi or Alexis Sanchez could come from our area and just needs to be unearthed.
