Since 1984, the Florida Association of Building Inspectors, Inc. (FABI), a not-for-profit, voluntary, professional organization, has been working to create a high standard in the Home and Building Inspection Industry throughout the State of Florida.  Now, after 35 years, FABI remains ‘Florida’s Inspection Voice’.
The Florida Association of Building Inspectors,Inc. has promoted professionalism in the industry through qualifying their members to assure the public’s confidence. The association has adopted formal inspection guidelines (Standards of Practice), a professional Code of Ethics and stringent membership requirements that give consumers an assurance of professionalism.
Through its growing membership, FABI maintains an active Standards of Practice and Ethics Committee to ensure compliance of the Association’s ethical, moral and industry standards.
