We would be more then happy to help set up a program for your school. View Programs F.A.S.T. Athletics has the ability to offer a wide range of services for their clients. After School Programs F.A.S.T. Athletics after school programs primarily focus on teamwork, understanding how to compete, as well as making sure everyone follows the “golden rule”. There are many programs F.A.S.T. Athletics offers along with different skill levels which are available per the clients unique needs. The programs are also used to help raise money for the schools and towns we work in. Pre-K Sports Programming F.A.S.T. Athletics provides instructional programming for ages 2.9-6 years old. Our curriculum focuses on teaching the fundamentals and motor skills necessary for the young players to have future success in a variety of sports/activities. Parents are encouraged (but not mandatory) to participate along with their child to help further along their child’s development. School Vacation Programs F.A.S.T. Athletics school vacation programs occur during December, February and April grade school breaks. The vacation programs can be as little as 2 days or as long as 5 days depending on any holidays during the allocated vacation time. Our structure for the programs can vary per the clients request but they are typically 9-12pm and/or 9-3pm. Skills are taught in the first half of the day and the day ends typically with a tournament. Summer Programs F.A.S.T. Athletics summer programs follow a similar structure as the school vacation programs. However, throughout the summer we do continue to offer our preschool programs on the weekends. The summer programs, if required, do follow all Board of Health Compliance regulations. Our summer programs are divided into four age brackets; prek, grades K-2, grades 3-5, and finally grades 6-8. 1 Day Tournaments F.A.S.T.
