From the waving fields of Nielsen Farms' Spring Wheat to the display case of delicious baked goods at any Grains of Montana Restaurant and Bakery restaurant, we make our food with the greatest care. That's because our artisan bakery wants happy customers. So, anything on the menu, whether it's a caramel roll, a thick slice of marble rye bread, or a steaming chicken artichoke pizza, is as good as it can possibly be. One reason our baked goods are prized by our customers is that the dough is allowed to ferment for a long period of time to reach optimal flavor. No shortcuts are taken in this bakery.
