REGARDING SOUND INTERNET:
Certain assets belonging to Eric Osterberg, formerly doing business as
Sound Internet were sold to BackPack Software Inc in July 2005.

It's Eric Osterberg's opinion that Backpack software is/was in default
in its purchase agreement. Eric's litigation was
suspended/transferred/sold in early 2008 due to the threat of BackPack
Software bankruptcy to Honeycomb. Midyear 2008, Honeycomb Internet
purchased BackPack Software Inc (BPSI).
