Chengdu Global Services Base
KE Group's main operations are located at Chengdu Global Services Base (CGSB) in
the South Zone of Chengdu Hi-Tech Zone (CDHT). This state-of-the-art facility opened
in November 2010. Most KE Customers have now launched operations at CGSB. This
facility also houses the on-site training center for KE's Professional Intern Program
(PIP), which develops strategic talent for KE Global Teams. There are currently 50 onsite
engineers, support staff and trainees at CGSB and customer sites. By 2014 this

Knowledge Edge Group develops new engineering talent through Professional Intern Program (PIP).

Knowledge Edge develops top young engineering talent through Professional Intern Program (PIP). This leadership education program is much more rigorous and customer-focused than typical engineer development programs. Now in its sixth year, PIP occurs through a unique partnership between 1) Knowledge Edge, 2) its world class customers and 3) China's leading colleges and universities. During one year of PIP training, students earn academic credit while learning important workplace skills. They receive practical technical instruction from their sponsor companies (KE Customers) in actual team work settings.
