I know it seems obvious and we all do it but the thing is walking helps you burn a lot of calories. What I do is I go up and down the stairs in my house to make the exercise even more challenging. If you don’t have stairs just walk around your house or if the weather is nice go outside.The second exercise which is even more intense is… dancing. Put on your favorite tracks on and start dancing. Besides helping you burn a huge amount of calories, dancing also gives you a “feel good” disposition.
