Narrowboat Building ServicesOur Narrowboats are not bulk manufactured, nor do they have a standard shape and they are not limited by design. All Narrowboats produced by Lambon Boats have quality and are built to the highest standard. We are not into mass production but more into reproduction and uniqueness, either working from your own ideas, or replicating the classic lines of the old working boats; be it Josher or Tug style, show us what you like and Lambon Boats can recreate it.Read more »
Dutch Barge Building ServicesOur Dutch barges are built to a very high standard, as most are either B or C class, sea going vessels so everything needs to be double checked and checked again during design and manufacture. The Hulls produced at Lambon pass the strictest of testing to meet CE standards, so the cabin layouts and upper designs can be flexible to suit your applications; from basic cabin layouts to hydraulically controlled wheelhouses. Sailing & Alternative Craft ServicesWell where should we start? Thames barges, Trip boats, house boats or pontoons whatever the requirement is we can design and build it! We have produced all the afore mentioned craft, for use as restaurants, commercial tour boats (MCA Standard) and floating bases for builders to construct floating homes, and of course static barges that look like actual boats...we love a challenge!Read more »
Wide Beam Boat Building ServicesThe inland water boats that we produce can vary from the usual Narrowboat style, to river cruiser and Dutch barge style, and can look very similar to sea-going vessels above waterline. These boats make great live-aboard vessels and some comply with the VAT exemption rules.
