Join the executive management team of one of Queensland’s most reputable and iconic not-for-profit organisations in a financial leadership role. Our client is at an exciting time in their evolution; with a dedicated board, a new CEO, expert staff, proven track record for excellence and delivery and is well positioned to grow and expand its reach. This role demands a high level of cross function accountability and is responsible for the strategic leadership of the finance, IT and property functions and teams.  With proven experience in supporting the executive decision making process, business modeling and organisational strategic development, you will exercise sound commercial judgment and take initiative in problem solving.  You will be collaborative in your approach and have the ability to assess and prioritise competing demands in a complex and dynamic environment. You will be equally adept at focusing on high level strategy as you are delving into detail and analysis.  You will present with outstanding communication skills that will ensure your success in building relationships with a range of stakeholders including the Board, the executive team, funders, government and suppliers.  You will be CA or CPA qualified with at least ten years in a financial leadership role ideally with experience in IT and/or facilities management. An understanding of the non-profit sector is essential and experience in this sector would be highly valued.
