We wanted to focus on a couple of areas that added a higher level of service to the business. First, we added a personal touch in acquiring high quality imports for police service. That personal touch involves travelling to eastern Europe 
and selecting the best possible dog(s) to suit the needs of the 
department and prospective handler. 
Second, we offer smaller class sizes for patrol, 
tracking, and narcotic detection canines with less down time and 
more one on one instruction. 
The result is a more effective canine team and a handler 
who truly understands what the job entails.
I began working with police 
dogs in 1988 as a handler for a law enforcement agency in the
Minneapolis,
MN 
area.  From 1994 through 2010, I had the privilege of being 
the trainer and supervisor of the canine unit for the same 
agency.  I am 
certified by the USPCA as a level 1 and 2 trainer, detector dog 
trainer, and national PD-1 certification judge.  Additional 
training staff is comprised of current and former canine 
handlers from local, Federal, and Military agencies. 
Our goal is to put out the best possible dogs on the 
street to assist law enforcement in achieving their objectives.

Over the years I have 
had the privilege of watching and learning a great deal and 
continue to gain insight from some of the best dog handlers and 
trainers in the 
United States and
Europe.  
Those of us who import dogs from 
Europe 
must constantly monitor the supply and maintain relationships 
with honest reputable suppliers. 
If we don’t, we will lose our ability to acquire high 
quality dogs and we will not survive. 
Contrary to the claims of others, you will never see our 
business advertise or promote unrealistic numbers of “world 
class dogs” waiting in our kennels for you to test. 
This is dishonest and naïve. 
If you want to test 20 or more dogs in your search to 
find the best dog for your agency you should find a different 
vendor.  We maintain 
low numbers in stock. 
We strive to match each dog with the needs of the 
purchasing agency as well as the personality, home life, and 
skill level of the prospective handler. Unlike most importers, I 
test, evaluate, and select every dog that I buy. 
Does this add to the cost of the dogs? 
You bet, but it also boosts the success rate and ensures 
that each customer gets exactly what they want and need. 
Again, our objective is quality not quantity.
I retired from the 
police department after 30 years of service but I still consider 
myself to be part of the law enforcement brotherhood. 
I want to put the best possible dogs on the street to 
assist our partners in achieving their law enforcement
