Toggle navigation Home Sila Impasti ceramici Contatti LE NOSTRE LAVORAZIONI IMPASTI ROSSI E BIANCHI In questa categoria troverete gli impasti che subiscono un processo di lavatura attraverso filtropresse.Una miscela di argille sapientemente dosata a seconda del tipo di impasto che si vuole ottenere, viene sciolta in acqua e successivamente setacciata attraverso una rete con maglie dell´ordine dei micron, per evitare che anche la più piccola parte di impurità finisca nel prodotto finale. L´impasto liquido viene così pompato nelle filtropresse che provvedono a separare la parte di acqua non necessaria dalla parte solida formata dall´argilla che si presenterà nella classica forma a "torta". L´ultimo processo di lavorazione è la trafilatura delle torte di argilla attraverso degassatrici che daranno all´impasto la forma di un panetto dal peso di 25kg. Gli impasti di questa categoria sono tutti adatti alla smaltatura e alcuni presentano caratteristiche in gradodi poter essere impiegati in lavastoviglie e microonde. SEMIREFRATTARI E REFRATTARI In questa categoria troverete gli impasti che presentano al loro interno una certa percentuale di chamotte. La chamotte che viene usata ha diverse granulometriea seconda dell´utilizzo che ne verrà fatto, 2mm o 0,5mm. Gli impasti di questa categoria hanno una resistenza meccanica maggiore rispetto alle altre due categorie, e alcuni di essi sono stati sviluppati per avere un´ elevata resistenza agli shock termici. Sono tutti adatti alla smaltatura e largamente utilizzati per scultura, produzione di forni per cottura cibi e stufe in ceramica. GRES Questi impasti sono prodotti da una miscela di argille, feldspati, quarzi e caolini provenienti dalla Germania.In alcuni di questi impasti è presente chamotte di varia granulometria, da 0,2mm a 1,5mm.
