STBM | Hebrew Roots Movement
Simchat Torah Beit Midrash® (STBM) is a Congregation that studies the Hebrew Roots of Christianity and  also a Hebrew Roots Christian Bible School facilitating inter-faith discussions between various groups, cultures, and denominations worldwide. 
STBM® is a community of Jewish and non-Jewish believers in Yeshua HaMashiach (Jesus Christ). 
Rabbi Ralph Messer’s vision is to fulfill the Great Commission “…to make disciples of all the nations.” (Mt.28:19), by taking Torah to the Nations. 
The greatest revival today is the Hebrew Roots Movement and the Torah being restored to all nations. We are seeing a multitude of believers coming into their Hebrew Roots through the Torah Classes and teachings of Rabbi Ralph Messer provided by Simchat Torah Beit Midrash and ICTS – the International Center for Torah Studies.
Taking Torah to the nations is the focus and vision of STBM’s Bible College – The International Center for Torah Studies (ICTS) – in locations throughout the United States.
