Heavy Duty Transfer CartThen the AC control system supplies the 3-phase AC 380V to the metallurgy motor so as to enable the car to start, stop, and go forward or backward. This series of transfer cart can be mounted on either S-shaped rails or curved rails. It also can be fitted with the hydraulic lifting system and hoisting system. The car rails need to be covered with insulation materials to prevent electricity leakage.
Battery Powered Transfer CarThis series of transfer car also can be installed with hydraulic lifting system. It has the advantage of stable start, low voltage, long service life, large starting torque, and little impact on the gear reducer. Compared with KPJ or KPD series, the KPX type shows higher mobility, flexibility, and safety. It does not require high-standard rails, its traveling distance being unlimited.
Cable Reel Power Transfer TrolleyThe cable reel is installed underneath the transfer car. Through the AC control system, the cable wire sends the current to the car, which enables the car to start, stop, and go forward or backward. As the car travels forward or backward, the cable reel automatically pulls or winds in the cable wire.
Trailing Cable Power Transfer VehicleThe trailing cable wire is placed on the ground in the middle of two rails. As the car moves forward, the wire drags along behind it. One end of the cable wire is connected to the power source on the ground while the other end is connected via the trailing cable to the electrical control box of the transfer car to supply power to the motor.
Sliding Wire Power Transfer Carriage The installation location of the slide wire is limited to either between the two rails or in the trough built on the side of the rail. When the wire is laid in the trough, it is better to cover the trough with one single plate in order for driving safety and convenience. The plate is fixed to ground by hinges.
