Dr. Bonilla is the only exclusive pediatric microtia surgeon in the world who specializes in children’s ear deformities including microtia and atresia. He has dedicated his practice to pediatric microtia using the “natural cartilage” technique for over 22 years. He has pioneered many innovative techniques in pediatric microtia surgery including the “Wedge Technique” for ear protrusion as well as “Earlobe” techniques utilizing the cartilage framework.
