This way, the company won’t have to hire extra hand to take care of this.3) Have people sign up a sheet on their commitment to bring what type of food and what other contributions they can give to the party. This must also include provisions for utensils to use during the party. The idea here is to have the company not shoulder any more costs, except provide a venue and facilities for the event.
