Therapeutic massage can enhance your life by decreasing the effects of physical, mental and emotional stress on your body no matter what your age, profession, activity level or physical condition.  Therapeutic massage should be a fundamental part of preventative maintenance to be integrated into one’s overall health.
Unlike massage chains and health spas, we perform medical therapeutic massage.  Though we do offer Swedish Relaxation Massage, the majority of our clients come to us with specific areas of acute or chronic need.  We work with athletes, those with chronic, acute pain and injuries, often working in conjunction with other practitioners such as chiropractors, physical therapists and acupuncturists, to achieve optimal results for everyone we serve.  Many of our clients come in because they are trying to avoid surgery and a reliance on pain medication.
With regularly scheduled visits, we target the specific areas of need leading to your pathway to health.
